Character models ( humanoid models not just humans)
Enemy Models
Building models
Item Models.
Also we need people to help texture ever object in the game to give it a more realistic look to it. As Graphics are the key to Success along with a great Story.Story writers are needed also. We are also in dire need for Animators.Voice acting is needed also all age ranged. a Good Variety is needed as there will be all sorts of people ranging from young kids, to elders in the villages and towns, also voices for Gods, Demi-Gods, and few others. below i will list the priorities.
